Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics

To support a growing business, the full-time Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics will drive analytical functions within core business areas, focusing on defining problems, generating data insights, and influencing strategic decisions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Define business questions and ensure analyses align with strategic goals Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights that impact key metrics Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to drive actionable recommendations Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology companies Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python Proven track record of owning and delivering on ambiguous problems Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
