Geriatric COTA for PACE: Restore Independence & Dignity

San Ysidro Health in Chula Vista seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to assist in implementing therapy programs for PACE patients, enhancing their independence in the community. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, guiding patients through tailored therapies, evaluations, and ensuring compliance with care plans. The ideal candidate will be certified, possess BLS/CPR certification, and have at least 2 years of experience in geriatric care.
