Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans, including discharge strategies tailored to the specific psychosocial needs of each patient.

• Facilitate open communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to discuss patient progress, identify emerging needs, and strategize care adjustments.

• Consult and coordinate with family members and support systems to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are understood and followed post-discharge.

This role is centered on providing services to children and adolescents within a school-based setting. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s degree (MSW) or higher in Social Work is preferred.

• Active licensure within the state of Washington as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting, particularly within mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
