Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges—ensuring effective evaluation through a comprehensive understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that are tailored to fit the cultural contexts and personal stories of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, to drive client engagement and support therapy goals.

• Develop detailed and strategic treatment plans that outline client goals, interventions, and methods for progress tracking.

• Collaborate closely with a team of psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care, ensuring no aspect of a client's needs is overlooked.
