Senior Manager I, Human Resources Generalist - Fulfillment Center

Position Summary We are seeking an HR leader supporting the Walmart Supply Chain operation in Atlanta, GA, responsible for driving people strategies that enable business performance. This role supports employee relations, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives for an hourly workforce. The Senior Manager I, Human Resources Generalist - Fulfillment Center ensures effective execution of HR programs, fosters a positive and compliant work environment, and helps build a strong talent pipeline to support operational growth and continuous improvement. What you’ll do Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and or in writing e.g. customers, suppliers and associates Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals e.g. production quality safety and implement operational improvements Serve as a community liaison by participating in local and community organizations and charitable activities champion company sponsored programs and events to associates, customers and the local community Supervise and or manage associates and leaders in area of responsibility by giving direction, monitoring performance and providing feedback Identifying training and development needs and providing opportunities for learning and growth Teaching supporting and modeling logistics and company policies and procedures and participating in the hiring promotion coaching teaching and evaluation of associates leaders and managers. Salary and Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Stock Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 4 years' experience in human resources or related field OR 7 years' experience in human resources or related field. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
