We are seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Account Manager to lead our landscape maintenance division and ensure exceptional service delivery across our client portfolio.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Maintenance Account Manager oversees all aspects of the landscape maintenance division — from crew scheduling and employee management to customer relations and enhancement upsells. This role requires a well-rounded leader who can balance operational efficiency, team accountability, and client satisfaction, while identifying opportunities to grow accounts through enhancement services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDivision Oversight & SchedulingOversee day-to-day operations of the landscape maintenance division across all assigned propertiesDevelop and manage crew schedules to ensure efficient routing, timely service, and appropriate coverageAdjust schedules as needed based on weather, plant conditions, and seasonal workload changesMonitor crew productivity and job completion to ensure quality and efficiency standards are metEmployee ManagementSupervise, train, and support maintenance crew leaders and field staffConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedbackAssist with hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary processes for maintenance personnelFoster a culture of accountability, safety, and pride in workmanship across the divisionCustomer Relations & Account ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for maintenance clients, building strong long-term relationshipsConduct regular property walkthroughs and quality inspections with clientsRespond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, service requests, and complaintsCommunicate proactively with clients regarding service schedules, property conditions, and recommendationsEnhancement Sales & Account GrowthIdentify and present enhancement opportunities to existing maintenance clients, including plantings, mulch, irrigation, and seasonal colorPrepare proposals and pricing for enhancement and upsell projectsPartner with sales enhancement operations team to ensure smooth handoff and execution of upsold workQuality Control & AdministrationMaintain accurate records of property visits, services performed, and client communicationsMonitor budget and labor costs to ensure profitability across the maintenance divisionCoordinate with leadership on contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and service scope changesQUALIFICATIONSEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or a related field preferred3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or a related supervisory roleExperience managing crews and overseeing multiple commercial or residential properties strongly preferredSales or upsell experience within a landscape or service-based industry is a plusKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, plant health, and seasonal service needsExcellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to hold staff accountableStrong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindsetAbility to identify enhancement opportunities and confidently present them to clientsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties, schedules, and priorities simultaneouslyValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWHY SOUTHERN GRACE LANDSCAPELead a core division and play a direct role in shaping the client experience and company growthCompetitive compensation commensurate with experience, with opportunity for performance-based incentivesOpportunities for professional development and advancement within a growing companySupportive team culture built on integrity, excellence, and serviceSouthern Grace Landscape is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
