Spring Health is seeking an independently licensed mental health professional to join the Care Navigation team in a fully remote role. The Trauma Clinical Care Navigator will assess, refer, and coordinate care for PTSD and complex trauma, reporting to the Lead Specialty Care Navigator. The position runs Monday–Friday, 9–5 PT, with a focus on high-touch member support across multiple care stages.
