Responsibilities Top of funnel generation: Manage all aspects of top of the funnel for the Global Enterprise Sales team, researching, identifying, and converting large global accounts from prospect to opportunity to provide a consistent, healthy pipeline of high‑business‑impact opportunities to Enterprise BDMs, specifically targeting accounts with 20+ locations and high delivery volumes. Strategic planning: Work with the team to develop, maintain, and strengthen the go‑to‑market business strategy. Outbound prospecting: Execute creative and compelling outbound prospecting within assigned accounts. Attention to detail: Verify the quality and accuracy of potential sales leads. In‑depth research: Investigate how different industries operate, their leadership structures, pain points and challenges our clients face each day. Execution: Build a pipeline of sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales or related field. Good verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated, driven, self‑starter. Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment. Strong entrepreneurial spirit, self‑motivated, and coachable. Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a plus. What else you need to know This role is based in our Los Angeles office. All office‑based teams work onsite, five days a week. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. Compensation Base salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year . Estimated annual incentive compensation range: $30,000 – $40,000 when meeting performance expectations. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
