- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and referral partners
- Support admissions growth and referral development across multiple facilities
- Manage referral flow and assist with admissions processes from inquiry through admission
- Coordinate with business office teams regarding insurance verification and eligibility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support occupancy and census goals
- Lead tours, assessments, and follow-up communication with prospective residents and families
- Support community outreach initiatives and internal marketing efforts
- Participate in strategy meetings focused on admissions and growth initiatives
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis
- Help improve systems related to inquiry conversion and customer experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or long-term care business development preferred
- Experience working with hospital referral sources strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and able to manage priorities across multiple facilities
- Professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Passionate about supporting resident-centered care and facility growth
