Our organization is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join the team at Ellis Primary Care in Schenectady, New York. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established outpatient practice that is experiencing significant patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation.

Ellis Primary Care provides a comprehensive array of healthcare services for families, which includes:

• Routine pediatric examinations
• Adolescent healthcare
• General adult and geriatric medical care, including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance purposes
• Management of illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions
• Preventive immunizations and vaccinations
• Cancer screening and promotion of healthy lifestyle choices

Providers share on-call duties across four different locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

• Board Certification
• New York State licensure
• DEA registration

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

Our organization offers a robust salary and benefits package that includes:

• Base compensation ranging from $250,000 to $260,000.
• This salary range represents the initial total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, additional shift bonuses, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Please be aware that this range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Sign-on bonus
• Retention bonus after the second year
• Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early commitment
