Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while supporting clients from the comfort of their homes. Our telehealth platform ensures that you can connect with patients effectively, using technology to facilitate seamless communication and care. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be necessary based on the diverse needs of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to determine patients' emotional, psychological, and social needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community among clients dealing with similar mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them to manage their well-being.

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and enhance overall care delivery.

Qualifications\n
