Work Environment

Working onsite at our Rehabilitation Center, you will be part of a lively and dynamic team that focuses on quality patient care. Our typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. The center is designed to provide a comfortable yet professional environment, fostering collaborative efforts among staff while ensuring patients feel welcome and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy sessions with 1 to 2 patients per hour, ensuring focused and effective treatment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each patient's specific needs and design personalized treatment plans that address their rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including active therapy and hands-on manual techniques, complemented by extensive patient education to empower individuals in their recovery.
• Regularly measure patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes, ensuring each patient receives the best possible care and support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
• An active and valid Florida Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient therapy setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of effective rehabilitation techniques and patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies, specifically in outpatient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate and efficient patient documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is competitively set between $90,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
