Our mission is to empower businesses with reliable, secure, and efficient technology so they can focus on what they do best.Job SummaryWe're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Florham Park. This role will execute marketing strategy, manage campaigns, and support lead-generation efforts as we grow our in-house marketing capabilities. You'll work closely with sales and leadership to build brand awareness and fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities in our core verticals. This is a HYBRID role (3 days in the office in Florham Park, 2 Days Remote).

There will be some local travel to promote our company and IT services through in-person networking and trade show events. Most of these events are within one hour of our Florham Park offices. Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor sales-aligned marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising, including outbound sequences and prospecting workflows.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing materials that speak to IT decision-makers in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and other regulated industries.
• Event Coordination: Help plan and run events, webinars, and trade shows that put Link High in front of prospective clients. Follow up on leads afterwards. ( No cold calling)
• SEO & Website: Support ongoing SEO efforts (SEMrush) and help maintain and improve linkhigh.com content and lead-capture forms.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign and website performance, prepare reports, and surface insights that improve results over time.
• Collaboration: Partner with the sales team and leadership to keep marketing and sales efforts aligned and to support a smooth, cohesive prospect experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in IT, MSP, or B2B technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms; experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly.ai, or SEMrush a plus).
• Creative thinker and problem-solver who can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in office 3 days/week at our Florham Park, NJ headquarters.
