About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catering Order & Marketing Coordinator to oversee all aspects of catering order management and drive marketing efforts specifically for our catering business. This role blends customer service, operations coordination, and marketing execution to help grow and streamline our catering program.

Key Responsibilities

Catering Order Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all catering inquiries.
• Manage incoming catering orders via phone, email, website, and delivery platforms.
• Confirm order details, pricing, delivery logistics, and special requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen/operations teams to ensure accurate preparation and on-time delivery.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of upcoming orders and follow-ups.
• Oversee catering invoices, deposits, changes, and cancellations.
• Ensure exceptional customer communication throughout the process.

Catering Marketing

• Create and execute marketing campaigns specifically aimed at promoting catering services.
• Manage catering content across social media, newsletters, website, and digital ads.
• Develop promotional materials, seasonal offerings, and sales collateral.
• Help maintain and update the catering menu, photos, and product descriptions.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools, and community partners.
• Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and provide monthly reports.
