Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing therapists to provide care from their chosen environment while maintaining a connection with clients through virtual channels. While the position is remote, therapists have access to an outpatient office for occasional in-person client needs or team meetings. We support a flexible work schedule, which may include evening and weekend hours to accommodate the busy lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate healing and encourage personal growth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and corresponding interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting as needed.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure integrated care and optimal client outcomes.

• Perform crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clarity in client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops aimed at enhancing clients’ understanding of mental health topics and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n
