Staff Accountant

* Organized * Diversity of Tasks * Bookkeeping We are looking for a Staff Accountant with the following responsibilities: Recording journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and preparing annual audit workpapers as assigned Tracking cash flow and working with the billing department on daily cash deposits Serving as the primary contact for corporate credit cards and handling many credit card related tasks Recording and tracking funds received by children supported by LifeScape Processing weekly check runs for the foundation, ensuring invoices are paid by due dates, coded to correct general ledger accounts, and sales tax is handled appropriately Reviewing employee expense reimbursement requests prior to reimbursement Completing special projects as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr LifeScape
