About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their extensive network and industry relationships to drive business growth, particularly in the sectors of hotel renovations, exterior waterproofing, painting, and concrete restoration. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company's reputation as a prime contractor and ensuring that the core values of putting employees and clients first are upheld. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction field, with a strong preference for a background in exterior restoration or experience with hotel clients. While a BS in construction management or civil engineering is preferred, it is not required. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Business Development include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with the project management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the industry, capable of leading a team and contributing to the company's growth and success.
