Accounts Receivable Associate

Duties of the accounts receivable associate:
- Process customer orders, activate new clinic accounts, manage licensing portals, and collect lease signatures prior to device deployment
- Ensure all new account setups adhere strictly to Safe Harbor and Anti-Kickback regulatory standards
- Execute complex billing for subscription services, equipment accessories, lost items, and fee-for-service fees
- Issue return credits, correct device inventory discrepancies across CRM/Zendesk platforms, and track warranty eligibility dates
Requirements of the accounts receivable associate:
- Minimum 2+ years of dedicated billing or accounts receivable experience
- Associate degree or equivalent professional accounting/business education
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Zendesk platforms preferred
- Proven track record of high-accuracy data entry, complex billing reconciliation, and account recordkeeping
