Finance Paralegal

Our client, a well-regarded financial services firm, is seeking a meticulous and resourceful Finance Paralegal to join their legal team in New York City. This professional will play a key role in maintaining corporate records, ensuring accurate entity and registered agent information, and managing the entity database with precision. The Finance Paralegal will support corporate restructurings, handle preparation of board resolutions and governance documents, and maintain organizational charts. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance deadlines, coordinating entity dissolutions and wind-down filings, and responding to KYC and due diligence requests with comprehensive corporate records. The role also involves liaising with registered agents and outside counsel on entity filings and compliance matters. The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
