Established Systems: Utilize ADP Workforce for payroll processing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Collaborative Environment: Work closely with HR and finance teams to align payroll and benefits strategies with organizational goals. Growth Potential: Opportunity to expand knowledge in retirement and benefits plans, with training provided. Key Responsibilities (Payroll and Benefits Specialist) : Payroll Processing: Execute bi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce, including compensation, deductions, and benefits information. Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Preferred Qualifications (Payroll and Benefits Specialist): Experience: At least 3 years of payroll processing experience in an HRIS/Payroll System, with a focus on payroll over retirement.
