Leasing AgentParkside Apartments is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent who enjoys helping residents find their next home.The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects while maintaining strong organizational and administrative support within the leasing office. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times.Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residentsAssist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-upsHandle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident recordsManage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional mannerProcess paperwork and maintain accurate files and reportsUtilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasksSupport team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as neededRequirements:Customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred (not required)Friendly, professional, and confident communicatorOrganized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and team player mindsetBilingual (Spanish/English) preferredOur Perks & Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
