Required Skills:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
• Proven experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or acute care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in trauma or critical care environments
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Experience with telemedicine support tools and protocols
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution
• A minimum of 2 years of emergency or urgent care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification

Other Requirements:

• Availability for flexible shifts, including 9 am - 9 pm and 11 am - 11 pm schedules
• Ability to work 8-12 shifts per month, including weekends as needed
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Possession of all necessary state and federal licensure and certifications
