Plano, Texas | Full-TimeA global IT solutions organization supporting enterprise clients across North America, Asia, and Europe is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual professional to join its Tech Consulting & Partner Strategy team.This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in enterprise IT consulting, strategic account management, technical solution development, and cross-border business communication between U.S. and Japanese stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:• Lead customer-facing technical consulting discussions and solution proposals• Support digital transformation initiatives including cloud, infrastructure, integration, security, and governance• Build and manage strategic partnerships and enterprise client relationships• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership teams• Gather technical requirements and develop presentations, demos, and customer-facing documentation• Participate in partner strategy, business development initiatives, and technical advisory activities• Represent the organization in executive meetings, industry events, and partner discussionsRequirements:• Japanese / English bilingual proficiency required• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, technical sales, partner management, business development, or related fields• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud solutions, systems integration, or digital transformation initiatives• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executive-level presence• Experience creating technical proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, or solution documentation• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, multinational environmentTravel: Approximately 30%This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual technical consulting professional who enjoys combining technology, strategy, and relationship management in a global business environment.
