Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time, standard business hours

About The Company: Our client is a financial services company looking to add a motivated Call Center Representative to their team. The organization places a strong emphasis on delivering a top-tier customer experience while keeping operations running efficiently.

Job Description: The Call Center Representative will field a high volume of inbound calls, offering professional and attentive support to customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, handling order processing, and keeping customer records accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional, courteous manner
• Investigate customer concerns and provide solutions, escalating more complex issues when needed
• Process customer orders and payments accurately and ensure timely completion
• Make outbound calls to promote products and meet assigned sales goals
• Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm satisfaction and flag recurring issues for leadership

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center setting required
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, ticketing/phone systems, and CRM platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and able to stay on task in a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree

Additional Details : This is a contract role lasting approximately 2-3 months, fully onsite in Rockville, MD.
