The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $50-65 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Temporary FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time, Pacific Time business hours

Job Summary:

• Give expert guidance on Workday HCM Payroll and Time Tracking through the remaining testing phases of an ongoing implementation
• Support testing, configuration, validation and implementation work
• Find, troubleshoot and fix errors and bugs
• Own workstreams and give the payroll team direction and feedback
• Partner with the VP/Corporate Controller and payroll team
• Help prepare for the March 2027 go-live

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Workday HCM Payroll and Time Tracking
• Hands-on experience with Workday implementation, testing, configuration and error/bug resolution
• Senior- or manager-level experience
• Confident and assertive; able to step in right away and give clear direction
• Must be able to work Pacific Time hours
• Workday certification preferred
• Full-cycle implementation experience preferred
