Our agency opened in 2002 and is a close-knit team of five built on experience, consistency, and strong customer relationships. I came into agency ownership with prior experience in the insurance industry, which continues to shape how we serve our clients. I’m married with children and hold a college degree, and I value creating a stable, supportive environment both personally and professionally. We stay actively involved in the community as a member of the Thousand Oaks Westlake Chamber of Commerce and through local outreach efforts. For our team, we offer a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is fun, productive, and team-oriented. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, positive, and enjoys working with others—someone who wants to contribute to a strong team while continuing to grow in their career. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rick Hore - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
