Our agency opened in 2002 and is a close-knit team of five built on experience, consistency, and strong customer relationships. I came into agency ownership with prior experience in the insurance industry, which continues to shape how we serve our clients. I’m married with children and hold a college degree, and I value creating a stable, supportive environment both personally and professionally. We stay actively involved in the community as a member of the Thousand Oaks Westlake Chamber of Commerce and through local outreach efforts. For our team, we offer a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is fun, productive, and team-oriented. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, positive, and enjoys working with others—someone who wants to contribute to a strong team while continuing to grow in their career. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rick Hore - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
