Joyce Emerson-Greenberg State Farm Agency is looking for a friendly, ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our team. No insurance experience? No problem! We're looking for the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We'll provide the training and help you learn the insurance side of the business.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer customer questions and assist with service requests
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
• Follow up with customers and identify additional ways our agency can help
• Manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate customer records
• Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals
• Learn State Farm insurance and financial services products

No insurance experience is required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or sales is a plus, but we're more interested in your attitude, communication skills, and potential.
