Overview You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability. In this role, you will demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and work with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment. Responsibilities Identify, target, and win new business by influencing and working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects Coordinate and partner with multiple cross-functional team members (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience to customers Provide exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs and requests Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives using KPIs and scalable best practices Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders Adapt to different environments and work with a diverse group of individuals in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders How you will succeed Building Relationships: Work with multiple stakeholders within the organization and external customers Influencing: Facilitate the execution of business plans that impact multiple accounts and gain buy-in on responsibilities Communication: Strong written, oral, and presentation skills Teamwork: Ability to work in a matrix environment Essential Requirements (Qualifications) Bachelor's or Master’s degree 2-3+ years of demonstrated sales experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales with a track record of exceeding expectations HIV, Cardiovascular, Immunology experience preferred but not required Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills Driven/motivated for growth in role Must be able and willing to drive or operate a vehicle; driving is an essential function of this role Mobility: willingness to deploy within 2 weeks to a newly assigned territory for an extended period Must live close to a major airport and preferably have experience with extensive travel Ability to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight and/or weekend travel up to 60% Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $170,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the company range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, and competencies. Some positions may include a car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on performance. Syneos Health is an equal opportunity employer.
