This is not an administrative role. We are looking for a proactive professional with hands-on experience in government procurement, certifications, vendor registrations, and business development. Key Responsibilities Lead efforts to make the organization fully contract-ready, including certifications, registrations, and required documentation Research and complete government certifications and vendor registrations Maintain organized and up-to-date contract readiness materials Identify and evaluate government contracting opportunities Support subcontracting, partnerships, and proposal efforts A detailed responsibility sheet will be provided during the interview process. Qualifications Experience in government contracting, procurement, or business development Familiarity with certifications and vendor registration processes Strong research, organization, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with platforms such as SAM.gov, NYC PASSPort, NYCHA, NY State Contract Reporter, MTA, Port Authority, or similar systems is a plus.
