Our Client, a reputable CPA firm, is seeking an experienced CPA to lead complex tax engagements and play a meaningful role in the firm's continued growth. This position offers a clear path to Director and Partner for a tax professional ready to expand their leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Review complex individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and other tax returns

• Provide tax planning, research, and advisory services on federal, state, and local matters

• Manage client relationships and collaborate directly with firm partners

• Lead engagement workflow, deadlines, quality control, and deliverables

• Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to tax staff

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client service

Qualifications

• Active CPA license and bachelor's degree in Accounting

• 8+ years of recent public accounting tax experience, including review and supervisory responsibility

• Experience with complex individual, business, partnership, and fiduciary returns

• Strong tax research, planning, leadership, and client-management skills
