Litigation Paralegal

We are looking to hire a Litigation Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and research skills, the ability to manage case files efficiently, and experience in trial preparation. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth handling of litigation matters from discovery through trial. Your Role Document Management – Collect, analyze, organize, and summarize legal documents and case materials; Pleadings & Discovery – Prepare pleadings, draft and respond to interrogatories, and assist with other discovery requests; Trial Preparation – Assist in locating and preparing witnesses for trial, including scheduling and conducting interviews; Exhibit Organization – Obtain and organize trial exhibits to ensure attorneys have all necessary materials for court proceedings; Team Collaboration – Work effectively with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless litigation process.
