Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role involves assisting in project management, ensuring the smooth workflow of general office operations, and handling administrative tasks to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and a good team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project management by coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage the daily workflow of general office operations, addressing administrative needs and process improvements.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Support in document management and record-keeping.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Project Coordinator.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
