Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students over the course of an extended contract as a School Social Worker. This full-time opportunity runs from ASAP through June 2027, providing stability and the chance to build consistent relationships with your K-12 caseload near Clarks Summit, PA. With three positions available, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to provide essential support in elementary and early secondary settings.

Your role will focus on supporting students facing a range of social, emotional, and academic challenges. Whether you're working with K-4, K-2, or K-12 students in elementary and autism support programs, your expertise will help create a positive school culture and remove barriers to learning. You can expect a 35-37.5 hour work week, Monday through Friday, in an engaged, student-centered environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Social Worker license or certification in Pennsylvania
• Demonstrated experience providing social work services in a school setting
• Familiarity with elementary and K-12 grade levels, including autism support and related services
• Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop trusting relationships with students, families, and school staff

• Participate in IEP meetings and support special education students
