You will manage and troubleshoot systems, networks, and software applications to ensure business operations flow seamlessly. Requirements High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn Familiarity with hardware, networking, and common business software Excellent communication skills and a service-first mindset Based on your ability and willingness to learn, you will have the opportunity to advance to other positions within the company.
