Work Location New York, New York, United States of America Hours 40 hours per week Line Of Business Valeurs Mobilières TD Pay Detail $95,000 - $115,000 USD Role Overview This Operations Analyst/Specialist in the Global Operations team is responsible for reconciliations, regulatory controls, and continuous improvement to increase efficiency across the trade lifecycle. The role supports daily cash reconciliation, corporate actions, and compliance for the Canadian Fixed Income Desk. Responsibilities Monitor, investigate and resolve Cash Breaks, Depository Breaks, FOBO Breaks. Collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams and partners globally to resolve breaks. Ensure all break reports are accurate, complete and communicated on time. Prepare metrics and analytics related to breaks, fails and open items. Ensure regulatory requirements are met by providing relevant data to Finance. Resolve exceptions and non‑standard issues, escalating when necessary. Maintain compliance files and verify new client setups. Lead small projects, work independently and implement process improvements. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Capital Markets operations, product control or financial control. Strong knowledge of reconciliations and trade lifecycle. Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and initiative‑driven mindset. Sound understanding of regulatory issues and compliance in a global environment. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 3–5 years of related experience.
