What You’ll Do As our Director of Human Resources, you'll lead every aspect of the HR function, including: Talent acquisition and workforce planning Employee relations and performance management Leadership coaching and development Policy development and regulatory compliance Compensation and benefits administration Labor relations and collective bargaining support Training and professional development HR technology and process improvement Building a culture rooted in accountability, respect, and continuous improvement You'll work alongside an engaged leadership team that values collaboration, innovation, and doing what's right.
