Teaching Responsibilities Lecturer responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in BILD 2, BIPN 100 and 102, BIBC 102, BIBC 100, BILD 1, BIMM 100, BICD 110, BICD 100, BIMM 120, BILD 62, BILD 3 and corresponding lab courses such as BILD 4, BIMM 101, BIBC 103, BIPN 105, BIMM 121, BIPN 103, BIMM 143. Full list available in the online course catalog. Lecturers are expected to comply with scheduling policies, be flexible with class scheduling, and may serve in one, two, or three quarters. Applicants should specify their areas and courses they can teach. Commitment to community principles and diversity of students is required. Teaching should incorporate evidence‑based strategies for underrepresented groups. Qualifications Ph.D. in Biology or related field (or equivalent advanced degree and at least 0.5 years of teaching or research experience). Preferred: previous college‑level teaching experience and research experience relevant to the courses. Employment Details Appointments may be full‑time or part‑time.
