Posting details Careers Corporate – Secondaries Associate (NY) New York Job Summary We are seeking candidates in law school class years 2018 to 2023 for our highly-regarded secondaries practice, encompassing LP-led portfolio sales, GP-led transactions (including single- and multi-asset continuation vehicles, strip sales and tender offers) and GP stakes and management company investments. The opportunity lends itself to working directly with, and receiving training from, leading practitioners and to meaningful client interaction, including on cutting edge matters. The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $435,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
