Food & Beverage Manager

Common Man Roadside is hiring Food & Beverage Managers for our Hooksett Welcome Centers, located on I-93. Come work for a great New Hampshire company in this fun, fast-paced, and unique location!

Pay rate: $55k annually

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supervision, training, and management within the food service operation. This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers.

Duties include:

Directing and overseeing the daily operations of our Food & Bev department
Opening and closing of daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
Cash drawer management
Safety and sanitation
Employee management including scheduling, training, and development

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a leadership role desired
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, bend and reach
Must be able to lift/carry packages up to 50 pounds
