Turner Pest Control is looking to add a goal oriented individual, who is organized, disciplined, hardworking, and eager to join a great culture, a great company, and start a new career. This position requires an individual with successful verbal skills that can multi-task and retain customers for their annual termite renewal. What You'll Do... The successful candidate will demonstrate strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls, emails, and voicemails efficiently. This role involves making 50–80 outbound calls per day to schedule renewal appointments while accurately inputting data into an industry-specific system. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple schedules across various territories, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues with a problem-solving mindset. Additionally, they will be expected to consistently achieve established goals for scheduling close rates.

- One year call center experience (minimum)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritize multiple tasks, and maximize performance while remaining customer-focused
- High School Diploma or equivalent
