Experienced Household Manager Needed (Up to $150k/year)

A busy family in McLean is seeking a highly experienced, professional, and dependable House Manager to support their household and care for their 9-year-old child. The ideal candidate is kind, proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with confidence and discretion. Responsibilities include assisting with homework, supporting the child's daily activities, driving him to local activities Monday through Thursday during working hours, managing household vendors, handling laundry, grocery shopping, and assisting with occasional light meal preparation. The candidate must have strong English communication skills to provide homework support and effectively manage household tasks. Flexibility to stay overnight during the family's travel is required, including ensuring the child gets to school. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in providing exceptional household support and childcare.
