Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress related to addiction.

• Conduct educational sessions to inform clients about the consequences of addiction and effective management strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, and case managers, to facilitate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, in both individual and group settings.

• Develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.
\n
• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions to create communal support among clients in recovery.
\n
• Regularly assess and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans in response to changing needs and objectives.

• Document all client interactions accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing KIPU software to maintain up-to-date records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This therapist will primarily work with adults facing challenges of addiction, whether they are dealing with substances, behavioral addictions, or co-occurring mental health disorders. Our client population encompasses a diverse array of backgrounds and experiences, thus requiring sensitivity and adaptability in therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs. Our goal is to guide clients toward recovery in a respectful, empathetic manner that acknowledges their unique journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related Mental Health discipline.

• Currently licensed in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide independent services.

• A proven ability to establish rapport with clients and foster trusting therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Reality Healthcare Services offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually for this full-time role, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
