Your role will support the medical clinic and the adjacent med spa under the same ownership,

The Opportunity

\n

We can teach you the Functional Medicine side, send you to A4M for certification, but we cannot give you that special energy that is most required, that je ne sais quoi as the French would say. You either have it, or you dont.

\n

If you are looking for intense immersion in functional medicine, regenerative medicine, anti-aging, peptides, IV therapy, and patient-centered care, this is an opportunity to do so, simultaneously stepping into a key leadership role.

Patient Demographics & Volume

\n

Practice sees 100-120 patients / day with 4 practitioners. We are slammed. Demographics are high-income individuals aged 1855, and health-focused snowbirds in Boca Raton. 55% female, 45% male. Surprisingly, 50% of the patients are 19-35, with the remaining 50% ages 35+.

\n

Your schedule will be M-F, 9 A.M. -6 P.M. seeing 40-50 patients per day, getting all 5-star reviews.

\n

 

\n

How is That Possible?

\n

This is a fun place for a practitioner.  You will basically never touch a keyboard. 

\n

There is an MA assigned to each appointment.  They walk the patient to the room, take the vitals and boot up the AI voice recognition technology that transcribes a summary of every appointment into our eHR. The assigned MA also takes live notes on action items dictated by the MD or PA, Charts are checked and signed by the MA before they are finalized. Requisitions and paperwork done by MAs, leaving you to focus on medicine, not paperwork.  Error rate is very low.

\n

The key to this workflow is our staff (20 of us), and most especially our Army of Medical Assistants.  I cannot confirm for sure (but I am fairly certain)our Clinical Manager walks on water.  And we just hired another co-lead for her position (who has worked here before) and the only person on earth who could pretend to be her equal.

Responsibilities

\n

• Serve as clinical and regulatory leader of the practice
\n
• Supervise APPs and clinical staff
\n
• Ensure compliance and quality standards
\n
• Review treatment plans and protocols
\n
• Support strategic growth initiatives
\n
• See patients in areas including functional medicine, hormone therapy, anti-aging, and weight loss
\n

Required

\n

\n
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
\n
• Active Florida MD/DO license + DEA
\n
• 5+ years clinical experience
\n
• Builds trust easily and quickly with patients and staff
\n
• Passion for peptides, longevity, regenerative medicine, weight loss and personalized medicine
\n

Preferred (not required)

\n

\n
• Prior experience as a Medical Director or clinical supervisor
\n
• Background in functional or integrative medicine
\n
• Understands the zeitgeist of the Anti-Aging community
\n
• Is a member of A4M
\n

\n
