Business Operations Analyst

Providing critical operational and administrative support in a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time Business Operations Administrator will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, administer SharePoint sites, and deliver strategic support to the Account Senior Leadership Team across multiple locations. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes using automated workflows and Smartsheet Administer SharePoint sites, including content updates and permissions management Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Account Senior Leadership Team, including calendar coordination and meeting logistics Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination, operations support, or a related field Demonstrated proficiency with SharePoint administration and Microsoft Office Suite Proven ability to think proactively and anticipate downstream implications of tasks Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and follow-through
