This position is entirely remote, allowing counselors to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their own home. Our team utilizes state-of-the-art technology, including a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform that facilitates secure and confidential virtual sessions. To ensure our counselors maintain exceptional clinical standards, we provide a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, streamlining administrative tasks and compliance with insurance requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs and goals of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment programs and techniques to assist clients in managing symptoms of mental health issues, trauma, or dual diagnoses.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that identify clear goals and strategies, regularly evaluating progress through formal assessments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention as needed, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselors at Heritage Counseling Center work with a diverse client base, providing mental health services to individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong proficiency in telehealth practices, with the ability to manage digital tools effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education level.
