Sales Marketing Manager

Salary : Up to USD $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives. Travel : Flexibility to travel as required

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, increasing brand awareness and executing the local sales and marketing activity for GAIA Restaurant and NYX in Miami. The role combines proactive sales, private events, partnerships, marketing and experiential activations, ensuring both brands continue to grow their presence within the Miami market while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, combining sales expertise with marketing capabilities to identify opportunities, drive revenue and support the continued growth and positioning of both brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development Develop and execute the local sales strategy to drive private dining, group bookings, corporate events and venue buyouts, managing the full sales process from lead generation and client meetings to proposals, contracts and event delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, luxury hotels, concierge companies, lifestyle brands, event agencies and key local businesses to generate new business opportunities and long-term partnerships. Represent GAIA and GAIA NYX at networking events and industry functions, proactively identifying new revenue opportunities and achieving agreed sales targets. Marketing & Brand Execute the local marketing strategy in line with global marketing objectives, managing the annual marketing calendar, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity across both venues. Coordinate local content production, including photography, videography and campaign shoots, working with the brand team to ensure all creative assets reflect the luxury positioning and brand standards of GAIA and NYX. Manage relationships with PR, media and digital agencies, supporting campaign execution, media visits, influencer activity and performance reporting. Social Media & Content Manage the day-to-day Instagram presence for both brands, overseeing content planning, publishing, community management and performance. Coordinate with creators, photographers and internal teams to develop engaging content that reflects the luxury positioning and visual identity of GAIA and NYX. Partnerships & Activations Develop and manage strategic partnerships with luxury brands, hotels, corporate organisations and community partners, delivering collaborative campaigns, experiential activations and events that strengthen brand positioning, increase visibility and drive commercial performance. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate sales pipelines, event calendars, marketing schedules and budgets, providing regular reporting on sales performance, campaign results, partnerships, social media metrics and ROI while identifying opportunities for Skills & Experience 3–5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, restaurant marketing, sales or events. Proven success in driving private dining, corporate events and partnership revenue. Experience managing luxury hospitality social media accounts, particularly Instagram, with a strong understanding of content creation and brand storytelling. Demonstrated experience delivering marketing campaigns, experiential activations and strategic brand partnerships. Strong network within Miami's luxury hospitality, corporate and lifestyle sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Experience using CRM and event management platforms such as Seven Rooms or Tripleseat is advantageous.
