Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of all required reports.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to enhance the accuracy of assessments.
\n
• Collaboratively develop and implement positive behavioral support plans in tandem with interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance with relevant standards.
\n
• Function as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating crucial connections for clients.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote mental health initiatives and explore funding opportunities for program support.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending conferences, and representing the agency at community and statewide meetings to contribute expertise.
\n
• Promote and integrate the agency’s mission and core values into your daily practice and collaboration with others.
\n
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to USD 103,000 annually.
