Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager for their expanding team. Join a fast‑growing subcontractor firm with over $25M in active backlog and lead high‑visibility interior fit‑out projects from start to finish. This position is an immediate need and looking for someone ready to tackle challenging projects! Job Description: Manage interior projects — Oversee 5–12 commercial fit‑out jobs at once, typically $100K–$1M in value. Run full project lifecycle — Lead planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout to meet quality and timeline goals. Coordinate stakeholders — Work daily with clients, designers, subs, and vendors to keep scope aligned. Maintain schedules & budgets — Track timelines, costs, and progress to ensure projects stay on target. Manage documentation — Handle RFIs, change orders, and submittals with accuracy and timely communication. Conduct site visits — Monitor progress, verify quality, and ensure safety and code compliance. Identify risks early — Spot delays or issues and implement effective mitigation strategies. Coordinate materials — Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are ordered and delivered on schedule. Lead project meetings — Provide clear updates on milestones, risks, and next steps to all stakeholders. Build client relationships — Serve as the main point of contact and deliver strong customer service throughout each project. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $52.88/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
