Practice Manager

Practice Administrator — Archbold Pulmonary Medicine

Responsible for daily operations of the office. Responsible for supervision of office personnel. Responsible for HR functions of office personnel. Responsible for charge entry process. Responsible for gathering data, reviewing data, and monthly meetings. Responsible for special activities and marketing.

Experience/Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Business school or college preferred. Three years experience as an office manager with demonstrated expertise in office management, public relations, administrative duties, records management, and verbal and written communication required. Medical office experience required. Must be proficient in the use of computers and other office equipment. Must demonstrate positive interpersonal skills and good communications skill. Requires familiarity with policies and confidential information.
