Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential customers. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to inform marketing decisions. Manage social media accounts, crafting engaging content and monitoring audience interactions to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars to promote Powermonitors' products and services. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, generating reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements. Support the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines. Foster relationships with external vendors, including graphic designers, printers, and marketing agencies, to ensure timely delivery of projects. Monitor industry news and developments to keep the marketing team informed of relevant changes and opportunities. Assist in budget management for marketing initiatives, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for new marketing campaigns and initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or energy sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various platforms. Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive. Nice to have Experience in the energy or technology industry is a plus. Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML. Previous experience in event planning and execution. Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools to measure marketing effectiveness.
